Hi I'm Sara of kennedy massage…

I grew up in central British Columbia, a small town called Quesnel. After a year of college on the west coast I moved to Medicine Hat in 2007 and consider this to be my home. I've been working as an RMT since 2009, graduating with honours from MHC in 2010. My passions are people and health. There is nothing better than having a client walk out of my office with a huge grin and overwhelming relief. I enjoy being challenged in work and in life so thrive in seeing progress and results.

My heart is to make each of my clients feel heard, diligently cared for, encouraged by their progress and supremely relaxed. This work is incredibly fulfilling and I'm proud to offer excellence in both skill and education.

I am currently in training for osteopathic manual therapy (OMT), a 5 year program with the Canadian Institute of Osteopathic Therapy. Using the knowledge and skills I have learned so far, I massage with respect to biomechanical, functional and muscular anatomy. This approach provides a holistic treatment to assess and correct the root causes of pain.
